Our already large range of TRISCAN brake calipers without deposit has once again been expanded. This time with 280 new references, bringing the total number to almost 1600 references.
Since we introduced the first 300 references in Triscan brake calipers without a deposit in 2023, things have gone fast. The program was created at the request of many of our customers, who increasingly experienced customers who were looking for an alternative to the more expensive premium brands – especially when it came to brake calipers for the older and high-frequency part of the fleet.
Prior to the introduction, we spent a lot of time finding the right manufacturers, all of whom live up to the automotive industry's strict quality standard IATF 16949 - and all of them perform functional tests of each individual caliber as part of the final inspection. We also acquired two complete test lines, which are used to verify the quality of the brake calipers. In our video, you can see the test equipment and get an insight into our test methods and requirements.
Perhaps it was our thorough preparatory work that was decisive for the success that we experienced from the start - and which has over time led to us to more than fivefold the number of references. Today, you will not only find references that cover the older and high-frequency part of the fleet, but also brake calipers for popular car models – including EV vehicles.
