Triscan expands its activities in Germany

In view of the positive development in the German aftermarket, Triscan has opened another branch in Germany. The new warehouse is initially equipped with more than 18,000 items. Overall, the 70 tons of parts fill up more than 2000 meters of shelf space.

The new branch is located in Saarbrücken, in the southwestern part of Germany, and is housed in the same premises as the company "Alfred Strauch GmbH".

Triscan‘s branch in Hagen is mainly responsible for the „overnight“ deliveries in Germany, while the new branch in Saarbrücken will take over the same-day deliveries in Saarland, Rheinland-Pfalz, the nothern part of Baden-Württemberg and the southern part of Hessen.

Product delivery and customer centre
Deliveries from the warehouse will be shipped at 7 a.m., 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. The order deadline is 15 minutes before departure.

Triscan‘s German customers will continue to be managed by the call center in Hagen with the only difference that now there is an extra warehouse available, which can be indicated in the orders. Customers will continue to use the same telephone numbers as before.

New sales staff
The sales function in the new area is handled by Herbert Hilgert as Area Sales Manager and Timo Feld as Sales Representative.

Both employees have for many years worked in this line of business and they both have extensive experience in serving clients in this area.
