Earlier this year, Wibotec repurchased Triscan’s stake in the company and has moved back to its former premises in Silkeborg. At Triscan - where all possibilities for expanding storage capacity at the central warehouse in Brabrand have been exhausted - the newly available space is already being utilized for the launch of Triscan SELECT. However, as the new product line requires additional space, it has been decided to phase out CobraXpro products from Triscan’s warehouse.
The divestment of Triscan’s ownership stake in Wibotec follows the change in ownership of Triscan A/S in December 2025. Triscan A/S was owned by Triscan Holding A/S prior to the divestment. Triscan's share of Wibotec A/S, on the other hand, was owned by Triscan Manufacturing A/S – another company under Triscan Holding A/S. The transaction with A.P.A. Industries LLC only included the acquisition of Triscan A/S and thus not the ownership share of Wibotec A/S. The management of Wibotec A/S and the management of Triscan Holding A/S – today Engmarken Holding ApS – have subsequently agreed that Engmarken Holding ApS would sell its ownership share back to Wibotec A/S.
