Triscan sharpens its profile

In its efforts to constantly improve and evolve, Triscan has sharpened its profile through a new communication platform and new communicative initiatives. A process, which is the first important step towards a strengthening and further upgrading of a strong brand.

Through production, concept creation, marketing and distribution of spare parts for the professional free aftermarket, Triscan has through almost 40 years gained a strong position on the Scandinavian market – and a strong increase in sales in the rest of Europe. Triscan has always strived to be a partner, who is able to develop concepts with a measurable value. A partner who continues to improve and evolve – and an important and valued partner, who makes a difference.

The basic element in Triscan’s visual identity – the logo – will appear unchanged, but a wide range of graphic elements have been added to support both the value, concept and product based communication. The new elements and the associated core messages are used in Triscan’s new responsive website (www.triscan.com), the new image brochure, in our e-commerce system TriWeb etc.

Recently, several new communication initiatives have also been launched. Besides Triscan’s electronic newsletter - Triscan News – the PR efforts have also been intensified, and most recently the first edition of Triscan’s new magazine - which also goes under the name Triscan News – has seen the light of day.

Another initiative is the way to communicate information about new references, which in a simple and intuitive way is resolved using Microsoft Excel. Customers do not only have the ability to quickly focus on the product groups that interest them the most, but they also get suggestions for stock proposals plus all the necessary data for import into a financial system and detailed information about which car models the parts fit.

From now on, the communication efforts on the social media platform LinkedIn will also be intensified, and as something completely new, it will be possible to see video guides explaining how to use new or special features in Triscan’s e-commerce system TriWeb. A video guide example could be the newly developed filter function, which – in a unique way – makes it easy to identify the right part out of several alternatives.
