Owner Lars is impressed by how quickly he experienced being able to convert administrative time into billable time. At the same time, he has experienced a seamless transition to his new workshop and customer management system – perhaps because the system is so easy to understand and use.
In the southern Swedish city of Eslöv, Lars runs his workshop Andersson & Larsson Bilservice with a single employee. Through publicity from another workshop, Lars first heard about TriSys. Curiosity was aroused - and after being sent a demo login, it didn't take long before Andreas Lundgren from HDBsystem AB (TriSys dealership) was invited to stop by for a full demonstration and dialogue about whether the system could be the right one for Andersson & Larsson Bilservice.

"I don't know of any other provider of workshop management systems that offers a demo login. For me - and with the experience I have from using other systems - it was nice that I could sit and get a feel for the logic behind and the way to use TriSys."
Lars, who has previous experience in using MECA's own system and since 2020 has used Winassist as a workshop and customer management system, was quickly convinced that TriSys was the right system for his business. After converting data from Winassist – including customers, vehicles, articles and invoices – Lars has been using TriSys since February 2025.
"I found it incredibly easy to understand and learn how to use it. I don't know of any other system where it is so easy to prepare quotes that are easily converted into a job card and a booking. This has meant that I am now much more in the workshop and therefore get invoiced far more hours. Another advantage for me in everyday life is that the system can be operated via computer, tablet and smartphone. It allows me to always and very easily get an overview - whether I'm in the workshop, at home or on the go."
It is often difficult, but also time-consuming to reach people on the phone. For this reason, Lars is a frequent user of the 2-way SMS function in TriSys.

"It's a very effective way to communicate with customers - and the entire history is easy to navigate when needed. Although it is easy to let customers sign quotes digitally via the system, I prefer that customers sign while they are here. I like the face-to-face meeting with the customers, which I think is very valuable in terms of creating and maintaining a good relationship."
TriSys also supports the use of online booking from a website. As a MECA workshop, Andersson & Larsson Bilservice uses the service for online booking offered on MECA's website.

In the workshop at Andersson & Larsson Bilservice you will also find a PC with TriSys
With TriSys, however, Andersson & Larsson Bilservice has been given the opportunity to expand their service to also include a tire hotel.
"We have not had a tire hotel before - and I can therefore not compare TriSys with other systems, but I think it works very well. The way a wheel change is added to a job card is just super clever."

Andersson & Larsson Bilservice has not previously had the opportunity to manage the tire hotel in the workshop management system, but it will now be possible with TriSys
In 2023, Lars chose to change his financial system to Fortnox. Since Fortnox is one of the ERP systems for which there is an integration in TriSys, the switch in this respect has also been problem-free.
In relation to payment solutions, the workshop has previously had two payment agreements. With the payment solution from NETS, which supports both credit cards and payment solutions via smartphone, it is now only necessary to have one payment agreement, which is both simpler and cheaper.

About Andersson & Larsson Bilservice

In 2010, Andersson & Larsson Bilservice became a MECA workshop
Lars, who is himself a trained mechanic, took over the workshop from the previous owner in 2007. In 2010, Lars joined the workshop chain MECA. In addition to repairs and service, Andersson & Larsson Bilservice is also a tire center with an associated tire hotel. MECA's workshop concept also includes the sale of accessories and spare parts. For many years, there has been a predominance of business customers in the clientele, but today the split between private and business is 50/50.
