Triscan’s programme of sensors now includes throttle bodies. So far, the programme is founded on 31 of the most popular references for car models where the throttle body position sensor is an integral part of the throttle body. Before long, the programme is accompanied by a programme of throttle body position sensors for car models where the sensor is NOT an integral part of throttle body.
In its attempt to make the sourcing of complex product areas easy for wholesalers and distributors, Triscan now increases its already extensive sensor programme with water temperature sensors. The programme includes more than 100 references, and thus meets Triscan’s goal of providing the most complete programmes in the market.
In an effort to maintain a high level of quality, Triscan continuously invests in various equipment, which is used in the internal quality control. "Although our production of parts is subject to very strict requirements, we regularly conduct external, independent quality control, and in addition, we also conduct random tests at our main warehouse in Brabrand, where all goods are received," says Jørgen Grand, Product and Quality Director at Triscan.
In a new initiative from Triscan, the Danish company with distribution throughout most of Europe once again aims at making the sourcing of a complex product easy for the wholesale / distributor level and hereby also for garages in the European free aftermarket.

As of October 1st, the 49 year old Peter Riis Hansen will join Triscan in the position as catalogue manager. Peter is very well known in the Danish automotive industry specialized in e-catalogue data and e-commerce. He has a unique knowledge within all areas in the automotive industry.

Triscan now introduces two new references (851029471 and 851029472) with inner tie rods and boots.
The two new references replace the old type (8510 29420). It has especially been difficult to keep the boot sealed, and this can lead to dirt and damp entering the system and causing damage on the rack. With the two new references, it will be easier to make a correct and perfect replacement of the rack and the axial joint, as the axial joint is an integrated part of the rack.
The water pump is too often and quite erroneously pointed out as the culprit in damage. In most cases, however, it is not the water pump itself, but other circumstances which eventually cause the water pump to fail.
The prerequisite to acquit the water pump is generally subject to the water pump being of OE quality. Another prerequisite is that the water pump is driven by a properly fitted timing belt system, in those cases where it is part of timing belt system.
